I am living in Bangalore where I don't get quality mangoes like Malda. My father sent me a parcel of mangoes from Muzaffarpur to Bangalore on 09-Jun-08.It was sent through Air way. Since 10th of the month I started following up for the consignment. The doc Number I was given was K28619430.We were told that it would be delivered in 2 days. When I called this morning (4th day) I was told that it was returned back to Delhi. The number I called was 080- 26702599 and the lady in charge asked my whole details and promised me to call back. But I don't have any solution. I am sure these mangoes are going to be rotten. I want DTDC to compensate every loss I have suffered. In other case I will have to move to consumer court.
