DEAR SIR,
WE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW " ELECTRLOX " REFRIGERATOR FROM THE DEALER IN Bombay Apllliance, Bharuch. Bill no.: 001077 IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER. FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE (IMMEDIATELY AFTER 1 WEEK), THE REFRIGERATOR STOPS COOLING AND THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT ALSO STOPS WORKING.
SEVERAL TECHNICIANS CAME TO SEE & RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, EACH COMPLAINT TAKING MORE THAN 2 WEEKS FOR A TEHNICIAN TO COME. I have already paid 1500 Rs. to technician who came to resolve the problem but again the THE PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVED.
in the month of april i called his technicin Abdul Razaq [ 9428026158 ] called him for solve the probelm he came & told that your compheresor is not working and again i register the compain to Bharuch loacl office [ 02642 - 242103 ] compaint no TD 9/2 dated 9/4, but till date i dont receive any justification answer from Electrolux side i aslo contact his incharge who seted in Surat Mr. Amin bhai 9328379609 he also hust ligring to us. i called more that 50 calls to all of them but no solution i get.
THE FRIDGE HAS BEEN LYING IDLE FOR THE PAST 1 YEAR AS WE COULD NOT USE THE FRIDGE.
CAN YOU PLEASE INSTRUCT THEM TO SEND A BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY.
