Murali Mohan income tax inspector is never available

For nagappa reddy layout, abhayia reddy layout in kagadasapura and CV rman Nagar, the bbmp help point is always closed. Many people have bene going there everyday only to find the office closed the whole day. People have stood there for entire day and no one has come. The Tax inspector Murali Mohan has put his number 9019640473 but that number does not work. Please help
