Non- cooperation by higher ups of citi financial officers of bhopal (m.p)

Dear Sir,

I reach several times at the office of citi financial m.p nagar bhopal zone-1. first of all the gard shows power and forcing to sit in waiting longe for 1-1.5 hr then there after the subordinates helps and do the work immediately but the higher up officials not available on time, both alternates officers are missing on same time.

I aleady deposited all the loan amount but the hypothetical release is not granted to me. Kindly help me and keep cooperation and make fast working in your bhopal office.
