Dear Sir,
Iam a customer of M/S Manu flames, Indane gas ditribute, Aluva, Kerala. I have 2 cylinders.
unfortunately both cylinders are empty because of the delay in supply.
.I have booked the gas on 17.01.2012 with Consumer no.23987 & booking ref: no.266194.
I was waiting for my supply till 21/02. On 23/02 i approached the agency and
enquired about my status. To my astonishment he told me that the gas had already came there and since there was no one at home they returned back.
I explained the agency that the person who brings the gas cylinder doesn't came there. This same thing happened near by homes last two weeks. This is his trick & he sells it to some other one who offer high amount.
When i asked them for complaint, they gave the mobile number of IOC Mkt Manger - 9447498252, which is not attending at all.
So i request you to please arrange to inquire into the matter (especially about the person who supplies the gas cylinders) and give me reply. The detailed address of
