I had a connection postpaid (9910006871) of your yearly plan the yearly plan was over i dont want to restart with the service after complition but the resumes after the yearly plan was over and the bill of rs.700 was sent to me without any notification to me about restarting my plan
i went to your airtel office and complaint abt it to close the connection with the complaint no.20040943 dt 02.01.09 call comes from your customercare and they told me to wave off the balance and transfer it to cash card for mere sum of rs 190.00 i agree and tell them to send the executive but no response was there and after 15 days and after that threatning call from recovery department has come to me for payment
so sir i want to know where is my fault when there is no confirmation from my side to restart the connection and it started by you without my consent
so please look into this and cancel my connection and wave off the balance
