Goods not delivered

Its been more than 10 days when I booked a consignment to be sent but it still hasn't been delivered.

I paid DTDC extra to deliver it within 2 days. Everytime I call up snd confirm my address, I have a new explanation or the delay.

I booked the consignment from Mumbai to Delhi.

Also, I am being tortured for asking the details of the goods.

I really don't know if writing here is going to help, but I just hope it does.

If someone with authority is reading this post, please take some action.
