Appointment letter given by the marriott letter is fake or not

Dear sir

This is Chandrasekar from india, tamilnadu chennai i have received an appointment letter from london marriott heathrow hotel...

I just want to clarify that is it true or not because one guy named smith bright he is telling that he is in the british high commission and demanding 150 pounds initially and after three days we need to pay the balance 600 pounds...

And also he told to me that we can collect the visa from delhi british high commission...

Till now i hasn't paid any money for that...

So please send me is it a true or fake appointment letter.. sir please send the required clarification for me...
