This is one of the worst courier services in India. I am booked rediff order No.4715647 and dispatched consignment number e761160562 from rediff shopping, vendor shopping name Mantra enterprises which was despatched on 10th july. It is still not reached me. I have been given 2 contact numbers [04565 224098, 9789304549], but no one is answering both the numbers. These guys are taking everything for granted. Request you to take strict action against these fellows. As I see already complaints have been made against Express IT courier.
