Really iam one of the satisfied Maruthi Customer, previously i owned Maruthi Omni, after selling that again I bought Maruthi 800, but now really i got irritated by the service of SERVICE of SERVICE MASTERS at CHENNAI (Situated at Thiru VI KA Industrial Estate, Guindy)
I used to give the car for service for every 4000 KMS. Always they say to change oil, change this that, for all things i will say ok and do it. when i given the car for service during Oct (28, 000 KMS) it was perfectly alright (my compliants were, some noise in the car)
at the time of delivery they informed that it is due to back door lock problem, and they changed the same, but the old one looks to be alright (but still iam having the same problem) and they informed me that the clutch was so hard, even i felt the same only after delivery of the car, (previously it was ok)
with in 1500 kms of running the clutch plate gone, (in doubt i asked the SERVICE MASTER MECHANIC whether have changed the Clutch plate or so, in my previous service, he said sir it is not possible because to change the clutch plate we have clear up the gear box and do the service it will take atleast two days. ) again i have given the car for repair of clutch plate, they charged for pick of car, charged for clutch plate etc etc around Rs 3, 600/-and to my surprise they have given the car with in 6 hours, even without water wash, after reparing
and delivered it to my residence at around 7.30PM, iam not able to chek the entire thing at that time, next day it was heavy rain so iam not able to take the car, a day after i took the car for office i noticed that the back door was damaged.
immediately i informed to the concerend road service man who took the vehcile, he told me speak to Mr. RAjashekar who attended the vehicle, accordingly i spoke to him, he said we are busy with more cars now, so i will chek with the driver and come back to you in an hour, but no reply for three to four days,
again i called him, he informed that due to rain i went to my native place so iam not able to call i will call you nex day, but till date no call,
after two day i got call from customer care, whether the car was good after repair, i explained them it is not ok and they have delivered the car in damaged condition, immediately she reponded that i will as the concerned person to call. but no call till date.
when i call today, Mr. Rajeshakar informed me that you bring the car we will repair it and claim insurance, is it the right way, are they doing proper service and they damaged the car and asking my insurer to reimburse it. REally i got fed with them, they are very good collecting masters but not good service masters.
I request MARUTHI UDYOG LTD to take proper action against such service stations, otherwise your rapo will go. Now iam thinking of going for some other brand, i may also request my friends who wanted to by maruthi dont buy because of its bad service people.
So immediately take some action and solve my problem.
1. after clutch plate change, iam getting sound in the car while turning
2. still the same problem of sound at the back of the car and in doors, evern after chaning the handle of the back door.
