Very very poor customer treatment!

Hell, hell, hell with Maruthi Udyoug Ltd for choosing Indus motors as their service and dealer partners for Kerala. I met with an accident with my car on February 15 on my way home from Trivandrum to Alleppy. I called up Maruthi on-road service, I had my first call at 6 pm and finally to the hell they arrived at 9:45 pm, 3 hours. Next working day, I went to sign off the insurance papers and went home by taking their word that my car will be fine in 2 to 3 days. I waited for 3 days and went to service center. Hell with Maruthi when I entered the Gate that My car was still lying their on the same spot where it was placed by the On-road service people. I went to the concerned and asked, sir what the problem is. He replied that for your vehicle to be claimed, you will have to bring the compromises paper of the person with whom I met the accident. I was thinking what the hell where these people doing till three days??? Why should some one go for maruthi insurance which does not help us in any way when other does. I had to wait for nearly 15 to 20 days to get my vehicle back. I inquired them whether your office have a fax machine, obviously maybe because of Maruthi service, they didnt have one. Next day I gave them the compormisory notice, again took their word that My car will be fine in 3 days. Waited for 3 days, next day called up the service engineer who told me that it will be fine by today evening, waited him for till 7 pm, called him up to know the status of the car. Fucking reply from him, he is asking me, sir can you take the car to another workshop to have the wheel fitted??? Have you ever heard about this at any workshops??? In next 2 minutes, he called me and said, sir bumper is having some sort of problem, anyway i will fit and give u and u need to take care of the wheel. I asked him what the hell is going on and told him to bring the car next day morning. As usual he gave me an approximate time of 10 am. I started waiting for him from 10 am, slightly my patience started to lose, i called him up at 11 am, he told he sending one guy immediately, again waited for 1 more hour, called him up, he told he is just sending the guy. Finally that guy arrived. I asked him how much is the bill. Next question suddenly, sir did any told anything about the bill? I said no, no one did. Guy, sir its 1800 Rs. I told him, hold on guy, last day your service engineer confirmed me Rs 1500, then why the hell is this 300 Rs extra now. He said oops, sorry sir, I will confirm with the other guy, he called him up and told its okay to pay 1500. I was thinking what the fucking hell is this type of payment. One guy is saying its 1800 at the same time another guy is saying its 1500. I asked him to show me the bill, he gave me a paper with some scribling and i could find that an additional 300 Rs was charged, i guess this guy must have made some ammendments. Finally i got my car. When checked I was shocked to see that my tank capacity is showing as no fuel in it, my headlight has some painting over it, new bumper has some scratches over it, new wheel disk have some scratches over it.. Can anyone tell me is this the proper way to repair a vehicle. Now, a few minutes back, I got a call from my father who is on the middle of road saying that tool kit has disappeared. What the hell is maruthi adversting about 24-hour service anywhere in the word. Is the customer care or harrassment.
