I Dr.k.c.shashidhara physician working in mysore bought maruthi Suzuki DEZIRE VDI silky silver colour vehicle no. KA09 P 7937 with waiting period of 3 months.
I am getting service for my car from mandovi motors, Mysore regularly. After 1500km usage I am facing problems with my vehicle in the form of,
1. break pad sound when I apply breaks (rubbing sound)
2. Vehicle pulling towards left even after checking alignment and balancing repeatedly.
I told similar complaints to the service people but they tried their level best to solve the problem but it was not solved.
I was very happy when I bought the vehicle and I recommended same car to my friends but now I am unhappy and felt bad about the vehicle performance.
So please rectify the problem or replace the vehicle, because after paying seven lakhs for the car I am facing problem with In 3months of purchasing vehicle.
I believe that you will solve these problems as early as possible.
