Tottal amount due as per statement on March was 1039.61 last date of payment was 11.04.2008

i have made payment by cheque on 11.04.2008 (Rs.1020.00)

In all the previous month i have remitted the amount on right time. never failed to remitte any amont wiyh in the last day payment mentioned in your satement.

but unfortunatly this time you have charged late payment fee to me.

kindly look in to the matter and take nessesary steps to reverse the late payment fee early as posible
