My car was under routine service car no. PB 08 7633 with lovely autos Jalandhar.
This dealer service deptt. is very poor. Two days after when I received the vehicle its driver seat was lying flat and I had to return the car.
This is Bank's vehicle and I suggested that I can pay by Banker cheque.
The dealer insisted that I pay cash. I kept the cash waiting but at 06.30 hrs the vehicle was returned without repairing the seat.
The seat was broken by their people during servicing. I will have to pay around Rs. 600 and get the vehicle serviced from outside.
The vehicle was purchased from them and I wanted to continue with them. But in all the services they created problems. So I will have to discontinue.
I demand refund of Rs. 600 from them for breaking the seat.
I also request them to tone up the service levels.
