Faulty/ Sub-standard service

Sir,

I own a Maruti 800 (AC) Car in August from Greenland Motors, 17-A Dayanand marg, Allahabad. From the very start Greenland Motors could not provide service hence they forwarded their service support to Kay Cee Automobiles, 72/60 LB Shastri Marg, Allahabad. Even when Greenland Motors started their Service centre, they could not supply standard service to us hapless Maruti Owners. Moreover irked by their their idifferent attitude, today, ie. 29-08 I went to Kay Cee Automobiles for paid service of my Car, they informed me that my engine has to be carbonized or something like that which will cost Rs.1200/- as it was necessary. My car was handed to one Floor supervisor Mr. Muneedra who in turn handed over my vehicle to one mechanic Mr. Javed. When i went to collect my car, the car was not even ready, when I asked them to hurry up, They hastily did the work and the car was handed to me in semi-clean state, even the water inside the car was not even dried up and the screen had water spots.

This is my humble request from Maruti Udyog that please they should do something against such so-called Authorized Service Centres and stern action should be taken against such dealers as Greenland Motors.
