Bad Service

This is regarding my Car Maruti 800 Regd. No. UP32 AH 1733. Amount of the said service was very high. I got a call in the morning of 27.6.2008 (Invoice No. 065436) that Car is ready for delivery. When I had gone for delivery of the car. I had seen that Car Horn was not working properly and car was very diry inside then I told the problem to person who was going to deliver the car but very casual reply was given by the person that you told the problem to the person who was doing the service. No feed back form available there for customer then I asked for feed back form then instant feed back form made available to me. I fill up the instant feed back form same day.

This shows a very casual attitude of the staff of KTL and I think that we should stop dealing with KTL which is not good for a reputed workshop like KTL.

I complaint these problem but no care has been taken by the staff of KTL workshop, . Now the horn of the car stopped working completely. So I request you to please take care of my complaint and next thing what I want is to get my car horn repaired by them. Their service centre is approx 20 KM up and down from my residence so please send your mechanic at my residence and repaired the car horn.
