BAD SERVICE FM SPECTRA

This is to bring to ur notice that I was informed to collect my car on 30th Jul but @6.50pm ur service engineer called saying car is not ready & having battery problem.

therefore, i went @6.00pm on 31st Jul to collect my car but i have waited for 3 hours ie. till 9.00pm to get my car that is also with some or the other problems in it eg. Horn is not functioning properly, noise in steering wheel, surprisingly battery was completely discharged & advised to change the same

This is a second incidence with Spectra service centre that my battery was discharged & one cell was not functioning only after i gave my car for servicing. This is due to sheer negligence from ur end & i need to have compensation for the same. On my requests, ur asst. manager has given me the service battery as i was about to go out of mumbai on 31st night which i couldn't travel due to some problems in the car. When i started on 1st Aug i was getting a sound in the left hand tyre which was due to some setting changed observed in the alignment & tyre on left side turn was touching the mud-guard.

This is just to inform you the kind of service car owners get from spectra which needs major improvment. I can understand that satisfying all the customers is not a easy task, but the basics of the car performance should be addressed properly as on depending on ur service, customer drives on road.

Hope corrective actions will be taken at the earliest & i'll get compesation for my battery as from 8th July to 31st july car was under repairs with you & battery was not handled carefully.
