Delay in product delivery

Dear Maruti Managers,

I have booked a Maruti Alto Exite on 20/10 at Chittosho Motors Mohali. But Till Date I have not Received the Car. Even I Paid 100% amount of the Car. Dealer says that the car is dispached from company but not in the transit. From last 10days dealer says the same. Kindly do the needfull as earliest.
