MARUTI-ALTO
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

I have purchased Maruti Alto vide No. DL-9CL/3942 in July from APRA AUTO INDIA PVT LTD, MAHIPALPUR, NEW DELHI but till date I have not received RC (Registration Certificate). In this connection I call various time to Dealer but there is no positive response. 15 days before I call to Mr. Deepak Bhatia who is GM but they ignore me and told me I call later. Please advice me what can I do
