Servicing issue

Hello Sir/ Mam,

My Name is Debendra Nandi, I have one Maruti Alto parched on March from Narayani Motor, Bhubaneswar.

I have always did my all servicing from its own service station (Narayani Motor).

I did my 4th service (paid service) on last Saturday. I was informed by the technical adviser there that I have some problem in my steering box which causes the bad sound while I drive and might be I will face problem if I will not replace it with new one.

While I get my car in the even (9:30PM) I found following problem,

1.The car is not wash properly, the dust are still there inside my car.

2.The pressure of 4 wheel are not ok (It was not check properly)

3.The clause plate was not check properly.

4.One bad sound is coming from my back side of my car.

The most important thing is I have not get any free check up call since one year plus I never follow-up after any service I made there.

now my car is running with show me around 25, 000 KM and I wound if I get a call 2 months back I might avail a free parts for my car which cost RS.3, 500.00.

Please let me know what need to be done now.
