I have purchased Maruti Alto LXI from Navneet Motors Thane on January 8 in exchange of the second hand Maruti 800 (1994), which I purchased in 2000 September and used it fir 8 years. It had an excellent performance. But since I am a Kidney Transplant Patient staying in Palghar and need to go to Mumbai for my medical follow-ups regularly, I was forced to go in for a low budget new car. My wife drive the car single handedly as I cannot afford a drive. But she is very unhappy with the performace. I will be highly obliged if you look into the matter at the earliest and help me out.
