This is regarding complaints against your dealer M/S/ Sumitra DS Motors Pvt. Ltd, Shahjanpur, UP that on 13.01.09 my car number UP30H8244 Alto-LXI serviced vide job card no. JC08005210. During service the Mahmood Hasan Khan, service supervisor, Sumitra Motors informed my driver who was there & simultaneously phoned me to inform that the engine joint is broken, resulting oil leakage & I approved to replace it, when I trialed my car & noticed that the 5th gear was not working properly. Please be noticed that my residence is about 65 km away from this service center. Thereafter, I informed to a same person, he told that it can be smooth automatically after few running, but the status was same on running several days hours, I again called him, he told to bring your car here & within one hour it will be rectified. On 15th of this month, I reached there, spending 2 hours, technical advisor Mr. Shoaib Chaudhry asked me to leave your car for a day & all expenses will be borne by us including pick-up & dropping your car at your door step & fuel etc. On 17th of this month, it was done & returned the car on 18th of this month & no fuel was filled by them as committed.

It is highly objectionable, carelessness & breach of trust between the customer & service provider that we never expect like this from such a repute company.

It is being submitted, with a hope that a necessary action against the above dealer will be taken at your level.
