Non-receipt of Maruti Auto Card!

I applied autocard twice one at the time of purchase of new car on Jan'2007 at TR Sanway maruti shoowroom, wazirabad and in July'2007 at allinze automobile service center near Okhla vegitabel mandi.

But till now I hane recived the permanet card
