I have got my car (Maruti Baleno) serviced from Dealer APRA (Gurgaon) just 2 days back. It is giving me problems in break and steering since then. Moreover, the battery was also week, which they did not inform me while delivering. My car stopped after 2 days only, I got stuck on road and called up Apra. They gave me number of helpline where I have to pay for service again. Moreover, every time, they are claiming that I don't have to pay, they have talked to the people. I am calling many time, to service provider and Apra simultaneously and they are just misguiding me by different numbers. No prominent solution has come yet. Its really disgusting. It made me stand on road for almost 3 hrs that also without solution. Then I called On-dot maruti service people and they at least put me in situation to park car at one proper place and go home. It was horrible experience with Apra.
