This is a complaint regarding the service and customer care which I faced in DD Motors, Mayapuri.
I have Maruti Alto car and it was bubbling a lot so I took it to DD Motors. I got so many responses from them which are as below.
Day 1: Technician 1: The car rubber bushes have torn out.
Day 1: Technician 2: The car shockers are gone.
Final Response: It is late in evening (3:30Pm). Come tomorrow we need to check it again.
Day 2: I went to service centre at 11:00Am. For next 2 hours i.e. till 1:00pm no technician attended to me. Each of the technicians was just passing my papers to next technician
So I went to their General Manager who attended to my problem and asked someone to assist me.
Day 2: Technician 3: He took me for checkup ride and after coming back says it is their lunch hour and after which they have a monthly meeting so I need to wait till 2:30PM.
I told him that I will again approach the GM. So he called another Technician
Day 2: Technician 4: He just came looked at tyre and announced the tyres have torn off.
I told him fine get me a gatepass and I leave your premises.
Final Shock: He goes to invoice office and get’s a bill made for Rs 200/-. I asked him what it is for and too my utter shock he tells me that he had attended me for 2 minutes and the charges are for the same.
THIS IS WHAT WE CALL NEW AGE CUSTOMER CARE. IS ANY ONE IN MARUTI LISTINING.
2 days, 6 hours of my time 2 minutes of inspection and Rs 200/- bill.
Your Sales are dipping due to people you have. It’s high time you invest time in people else you will keep on loosing customers like this.
