My WagonR LXI met an accident and was in Wazirpur work station for over 20 days-incurred an expenditure of 30K. After the car was handed over, there was a problem with the central lock, and some noise at the rear of the car. I went o the work shop to get atleast the central lock problem rectified. Twice I went, and they did some minor things (placed a rubber), and declared the problem cured.
Last week, I got stuck in my car-it started beeping and the ignition seized. At 8.30 PM, I had to call my mechanic and had to get the central lock removed.
If this is the level of service, and competence level of your staff, I would not at all come back to you, and would neither recommend any one for the same. Good bye for ever-advantage... your competitors.
