Forged sales lette

I paid the draft of 7 laks for dezire on 4 dec and got the delivary on the same day. but the dealer gave me the sale letter / invoice dared 18 dec after there was a rate cut since 6 dec. please inform how i can confirm what amount should i have to pay.
