STUPID MANAGEMENT OF MARUTI

I have booked a Maruti Swift Dezire VXI on 31.03.2008 by making Rs. 100000/- with T R Sahwney, Badli (one of the cheat dealer in delhi) and am going through the a harrowing experience with the Dealers. Mr. Harmeet Singh (Sales Executive) had booked my dzire and committed to deliver with 10-15 days. He refused to deliver the car on time and even though he asking us to sumbit the balance payments immediately. He told me that the delivery would take 1 months, which was also long, but I was ready to accept it. But first week of may he made me fool again and again by committing to deliver in 10 days if you will make the payments immediately. I had done lots of efforts to provide balance payment by taking bank finance by giving personal guarantee but he did not accept the payments. When i want to answer, the cheap fellow replied no payment has received yet. I was also surprised by their behavior it was disgusting. After waiting almost 43 long days, i decided to cancel the booking and go for another car. I had requested to repay the booking amount, that suppose to be paid with in 3 days, till date (15.0.2008) yet to be paid by TR Sahwney.

I then called up the Maruti call center and spoke to Neha / Ravi, they promised me that my complaint will forward to concern department straight away & somebody would be calling me at the earliest. But till now there is no call.

At end of all this experiences, I feel very disturbed with the way I was treated by the Maruti dealers. The attitude they have is like they have a monopoly and can take the customers for a ride. My not buying a Maruti car will not make any difference to a big company like Maruti. I just wanted to check with Maruti if this the way the want their dealers to treat customers and claim to be the Winner of J.D.Power Customer Satisfaction awards, year after year.

I had sent the entire above details to the email id provided by the call center and also put in the details in their web site. I got a reply mentioning that the complaint has been sent to the concerned department and they would get back to me. 5 days had passed and there was no reply. So I sent a reminder mail. This is kind of service we get from the leading Car Manufacturer in India.
