On 23rd sep i went competent situated in mehrauli for service my esteem car. I didnt got any call from service center for my car status and when i went there on 28th my car was not ready and also i found that the wind sheld was broken. Inspite of helping me everybody was ignoring me in competent. When i asked to meet the GM of customer support he simply deny to meet me and when i forced to meet him after writing a application for meeting then he met me and said this wind sheld was not broken in competent. I gave him all the details of my car which i got while putting my car for service. He said we are just a human being and this was not mentioned by mistake. And he simply deny to recover it. This is not the first problem i faced. My car was in warrenty and the front wiring has to be change they simply write it in every job card but when i asked them to change it they said this is not available in our stock. Now my car is in extended warrenty they are denying to change it.
