I am very old Maruti user and having 4 maruties in my family. the trust ur company made, the hospitality I always get from ur side all that vanished today evening, because of the misbehave of the Centre manager with all the team of MARUTI………I really very astonished to see the behavior and the attitude of the staff they all screwed the repo of your company in my soul…
Matter:-my vehicle above mention is on the paid service to the centre and get the delivery date of 21 of dec but I have not receive any call from your side till 26th so I called up to the centre and asked him about the status, the gentlemen received the call ask me to come to the centre for the delivery on 27th …..while taking test drive I found that the feel which I always get after the service is not there I found my seat cover is damage due to the burn and the stains of Fire extinguisher is still there in my car……….while investigating I came to know that my car got fire no body informed, when I told this to the concern person I got the response which I never accept from MARUTI ………
I left my car at the centre itself…
…………….is this the satisfaction level which Maruti is known for…?
…………….do you think from now onward I promote maruti customer service?
Think and take the necessary steps……!!!
