I own a Maruti Suzuki alto LXI, purchased from Bimal auto Agency Chandmari branch on 12th Jan09.After around 6months after a slight scrape with a city bus a little paint peeled of. So I went to the Maruti Service Centre at Nursery, Guwahati belonging to M/s Bimal Auto Agency, Chandmari, However i was made to wait for 1 hour just to await arrival of the supervisor. After an hour the supervisor arrived, when I requested him for an estimate, he said in an abrasive and very rude manner that it was not his job and he had no time for this. This kind of a rude, inconsiderate customer service coming from Maruti is absolutely pathetic and can by no means be tolerated. Before buying the vehicle you people promise the moon, and after sales service is simply a joke.
Can anyone please explain what is there and how Maruti plans to redress customer grievances
