Delay in Swift car delivery

Hi,

I am Brajendra and writing here after getting frustrated from Maruti and its dealer. I had booked Swift VDI ABS more than 4 months back through Apra motors JMD plaza. At the time of booking, they had commited that car will be delived in June month end but the fact is that, I have not got the car as yet. Each time I call Apra, they just say that they are not sure when the car will be issued from Maruti. Now I am very tired chasing them and still not sure when the car will be delivered.

I also wrote to Maruti about it and they initially wrote back to me with ref no "HT20080717_0000000184" saying that they will call me soon but no call/update from Maruti. Its very unfortunate that Maruti being the largest car manufacturer in India provides such a bad quality to customers.
