I recently left my car (ALTO) to the service station at Ooty - Ambal Auto for a complete service as I was to going to travel for a long trip to coorg.

I did specifically mention the service engineer about my long trip and wanted him to make sure things are perfect so that it should not spoil my trip.

The service was done and when I was half the way, while setting up my luggages, found that the extra tyre was not mine. I had all JK tyres while the extra tyre was Apollo.

Knowing this I called up the service engineer, he informed that it could have been misplaced and it was fine to use that in case of any emergency. [First of all this was a bad suggesion given by the service engineer]

Secondly when I checked the alien tyre, that was again not in a good condition and was a punctured one.

This really frustrated me and wanted to register a complaint on the site and I found no such complain form on maruthi Suzuki site and also on the dealer Amabal auto site.

This could have ruined my trip. It is a serious issue that Maruthi has to take action on their dealers and engineers.

Being paid so much for, the service is just SO HORRIBLE.
