We had sent our vehicle no MP07-CA 0848 SWIFT for servicing to Prem Motors, Gwalior (Authorized Dealer of Maruti Suzuki) on 25.04.09. Customer ID 1061513814. To our surprise none of the work done by the workshop personell was satisfactory & when we brought it to their notice they requested us to send the vehicle again. We sent the vehicle again on 29.04.09 & to our dismay the work was not completed. The Gates were opened but not fitted properly, the car was not washed, nor was it properly greased, wheel balancing was not done properly & there is noise from the silencer. The power window switch which was operational when we sent the car is not working now, probably damaged by the person who serviced the car.
This has happened earlier also, today we talked to Ritika, Mr. Chauhan, Mr. Nair and Mr. Iqbal who have accepted that the servicing was not done properly and once again requested to send the vehicle.
