I have purchased a Maruti Swift (Diesel) last August. However, after a few months, I noticed that the car is throwing lot of black smoke. When the car went for the second servicing this was informed to the service center. They kept it for a few days and when it was returned back I was informed that the problem has been sorted out. However, the problem continued. Post that the car went for inspection thrice, but the problem remained.

Today when I started the car it showed the sign of Service Indicator System. After some time it showed the sign of malfunction. I immediately took the car to Laxmi Cars service center as this is the nearest one from Mira Road. I have been told that the car will be inspected and I should contact them tomorrow.

This is to put on record that since the time I have bought the car and it has come from the 1st servicing I have been complaining about the problem of black fumes which till date has not been rectified. I was assured that there is no problem in the car. But today some major problem is being assumed. Being a layman I do not know the technicals of the car and I have to rely on the Maruti technicians.

Being a customer it is important that Maruti Suzuki who says that they are always there for customer satisfaction should take a call on this complaint IMMEDIATELY
