MARUTI SUZUKI/SWIFT DEZIRE
NON DELIVERY OF VEHICLE

I had booked a Swift Dezire with M/s. Jayalakshmi Automotives, D. No.8-24-31, Mangalagiri Road, Guntur, Ph: 2241000, 224 2243000 vide their receipt No.14 dated 04.04.08, Allotment No.18 by paying an amount of Rs.50, 000/- vide cheque no. 146538 dated 04.04.08 of UCO Bank, Guntur.

I have written to them as well as Maruti as to when I can expect delivery but there is no reply at all.
