I did plan to buy a car in the month of November’08 and that’s why I visited the showrooms of Wagon R & Santro and from every where I have been committed to provide the best of the services from their dealers and I have chosen the Wagon R. And I have booked the Wagon R on dated 31/10 though the Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd. And given the Cheque of Rs 50, 000/- .
The executives who are dealing to me are the representative of the Competent and given me the detail of the below mentioned company for the Finance and the Deal of the Car and promised me to give the delivery with 6-7 working days.

I had words regarding CNG with Anjali (M/S Fucon Technologies Ltd. 011-41428188) Referred by Mr. Joshi (Competent Lajpat Nagar).
But here I have given the money and I have been treated like I am begging for something and not even they denied me to give the delivery on the given date but also for next given 2-3 dates. Then I realized that I have been ripped off and said that either give me car or give me my money back. But he said it’s not possible. And after so many problems the car has been given to me on dated 30/11 after a month.

RC is pending (Promised to be given with in month)
Not given the Credit Assure Policy
Scratched on the left door

It is very pathetic that a number 1 company in the small cars in the entire India, is treating the customers like this or If someone who is representing the Maruti and ripping the customer like this then Maruti must take against of the Dealer and the Finance company.
