Servicing Complain/After Sales Problem

This is with the reference to the job no MH02JP242 (Sai Service Agency (Bombay) Ltd. I had given my car for servicing to the above said service center for bad stink coming out of the car. I submitted my car on June 1st. 2009 for a stink oozing out of the car from unknown place, and was said that I ll be getting my car in a week's time but later on when I went to collect my car they started giving me weired suggestions about the smell. To mention they said its because the car must have remained submurged under water for a long time which is not possible. It only happened on 26th July.

Further instead of rectifying the problem they started suggesting me to use the car without the mat or many more like them.

I only know how I am making it to my office. The trauma I am facing is really unexplicable.

I just hope these people understand the problem and get it done asap.
