EXTREMELY DISHERATNED WITH THE SERVICE AT FORTHPOINT, THANE BEING STAFF MEMBER NOT RESPONDING TO OUR BOOKING DONE ON 8TH APRIL.OUR INTENTION OF BOOKING THE CAR WAS MADE IN THE MONTH OF JAN 09 & AS PER THEM DESIRE IS AVAILABLE FREELY & THEREFORE BOOKING IS NOT REQUIRED. IN APRIL 09 THEY INFORMED THAT BOOKING IS COMPULSORY WITHOUT WHICH THE CAR WON'T BE AVAILABLE, SO WE WERE FORCED TO BOOK THE CAR BY PAYING RS 25000/-IN APRIL.AS ASSURED BY THEM THAT CAR SHALL BE DELIVERED LATEST BY 10TH MAY .UNFORTUNATELY I SOLD MY INDIGO CAR TRUSTING YOUR GOOD SERVICES.BUT WE WERE IN A WRONG IMPRESSION AND SINCE LAST 10 DAYS I AM LITERALLY BEGGING FOR DELIVERY OF THE CAR BUT IT SEEMS THAT YOUR CO IS LEAST BOTHERED.UNFORTUNATELY MY MOTHER IS HOSPITALISED AND I HAVE TO MOVE WITHOUT CAR IN EMERGENCY.I AM ALSO CALLING THEM 4-5 TIMES DAILY FOR YOUR FEEDBACK BUT NO PROPER DELIVERY SCHEDULE IS GIVEN TO ME.PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE EXACT DELIVERY DATE, AS TOLD BY THEM THAT CAR IS IN TRANSIT SINCE LAST 10 DAYS.I HAVE MADE FULL PAYMENT OF 5, 39, 158 BY BANKER'S CHQ ON 22ND MAY.HOPE YOU WILL JUSTIFY MY QUESTIONS.
