Money by cheque put in wrong account

Submitted vijaya bank cheque no 034059 dtd 12. 6.2008 amt rs 500 amount was debited fm a/c on 30/06/08, on verification personally fm ur office on 14/08/08 it was confirmed that payement is recived but reflected in some wrong a/c, the person dealing the matter there promised thgat he will correct the mistake but inspite of subsequent visit to idgadh road building and numerious call to the coustmer care has not resulted in fruitful solutions

plz look into the matter
