I booked the Swift Dzire in the very next day of launching in Sarathy Automobiles Kollam by paying Rs. 50000/-. They told me to deliver the vehicle within 10 days or maximum 15 days. But so far the car is not reached. This week they may deliver the car. But I have to pay Rs 25000/- extra as price hike. I booked the car for their introductory price. Can anyone justify this? The delay is created by Maruti or the dealer. It is not my fault. Then why should I pay the extra amount. Now they are blackmaililng me that " if you are not paying the extra amount your booking will get cancell and we will sell it to somebody else". Ok I can understand that if they increase the price after 6months or 8months. This is terrible. For initial booking customers they should give the vehicle for the previously announced price. This is purely cheating the customers. If this was the situation then why did they announce the introductory price? Why did they accept booking? Is Maruti is collecting money through dealers by giving false information to customers like this? Terrible.
