Maruti Swift VDI
Car damaged by service deale

I have given my Maruti Swift VDI for servicing at The Kothari Wheels, 110/A Pune Solapur Road Nr. Fatimanagar Pune 39.

I have noticed that there is severe damage on left side of the rear bumper of the car. This has happened due to negligence of maruti service dealer. This is the second incidence when my car is damaged by Maruti Service Dealer, The Kothari Wheels, Pune.

I have lost faith in the quality of Maruti Service now.

I have not taken the delivery of my vehicle after looking at damage. I am going to take a legal action against the dealer if they don't replace my damaged parts with new ones.

Looks like, they have lost their customer focus!
