I have moved my stuff from Mumbai to Bangalore via Aakansha Movers and Packers. I faced the following problems:
1. Bad packing material. The cartons were of poor quality and were torn apart by the time the stuff reached Blr.
2. Broken items. very large number of my crockery was broken. Also leg of the TV unit was broken.
Also, indicator lights of the bike were broken.
3. Damage to wooden items: The ply on the wooden items was chipped off at quite a few places.
4 Unprofessional approach: We were told to pay 100% of the fees and that the goods will be assembled at destination. However when we told the destination team at Blr to do the assembly, they said that its not their job. When we spoke to the manager over phone, he threatened us that he will take all our stuff back to his place and will not service us.
We are yet to receive response of our insurance request.
Beware of Aakansha Movers and packers and black lost them. These are just some bundle of goons there to harass customers and make money.
