Bad servicing of Wagon-R LXI

I have purchased a Wagon-R LXI from Khivraj Motors, Chennai on16.03.07. From the day1, there was problem in gear meshing particularly in 4 and 5th gears and also during running with AC on in 1 position, heavy jerking in specified speeds in 2 and 3 rd gear. The problem was intimated to khivraj Motors during free service and every time they intimate that it has been attended to. But the problem still persists. All of my friends who are experts in driving says that Maruti dealers always say like that during free service they will not attend but after warranty and during paid service they will give a list of spares to be changed. My vehicle number is TN 22 AV 1351 and so far only 4547 Kms is run. I am completely fed up with the vehicle. I have tested with many experienced Drivers who confirmed the problem is persisting. Now I am not interested to send the vehicle to the dealer who may charge for the no mistake of mine.

I am bringing this message to the knowledge of particularly Dr. K.Kumar, Advisor (Engineering) and Shri Pankaj Narula, Chief General Manager (Service), Maruti Udyog Limited, Gurgaon-122 015

for immediate arrangements for rectification of manufacturing defects and advise the concerned to rectify the faults free of cost as the vehicle was not run even 5000 Kms in 2 years.

An early action is sought to enable me to have a reputation with MARUTI
