Delay in delivery of accidental ca

I have given my wagonr which met an accident on 14th may.the apra person told me that they will hand over my vehicle within 10 days after repairing. But now after 40 days they are saying that it will take some more time in delivery of the concerned car. they have given false committments in this regard many times. it is very difficult for me to manage my working without my car so I am working in taxi for past one month. So do some fast action in this matter.
