I have bought Maruti Wagon R Duo Lxi model on 23/10 from Shakumbhari Automobiles, (P) Ltd. Haridwar-249401. Since there was no LPG filling satiation at Haridwar, I run car on petrol for four month, three months back LPG filling satiation was opened at Haridwar. I filled LPG from Astha filling Station, near Patanjali Yog Peeth. But as soon as I shifted my car from petrol to LPG, vehicle stopped. I tried many times but due to manufacturing defects, LPG system was not working properly. I visited to Shakumbhari Automobiles and asked to solve my problem. I was told that some part of my car is defective and will be replaced as soon as that part will be reached to workshop. After that I visited to Shakumbhari Automobiles, (P) Ltd. three to four times in last three months for this problem. Every time I was asked to come after some time. On 02/05 I registered my complain on Maruti Customer Care Centre (Any where Any time No. 18001800180) vide complaint reference No. 692150235) and I was assured that my problem will be solved very soon. On 04/05, I received call from Customer Care Manager regarding my problem and he told me that he has ordered that defective part on urgent basis. On 12/05, I was confirmed by Customer Care Manager that new part have reached and I can come to Shakumbhari Automobiles, (P) Ltd, for replacement of that part any time.
On 14/05, I visited to Shakumbhari Automobiles, (P) Ltd, Haridwar for IInd Service and this LPG problem also but at the time of delivery after completing paper work as soon as I started my car on LPG, car stopped again. Problem was not solved at all. I left my car at show room for rectification of defect
