With dep regret I inform the deficiency in the repair provided by SPECTRA, Ghatkopar Branch, Mr. Snadeep More who attended the call for a compalint in my MARUTI, WAGON-R, LXI Sept' Model which was towed from Navi Mumbai to their service centre so as to attend to the complaint of oil patches found in the lid of the radiator without any indication of Engine temperature increasing.
After the engine gasket problem was replaced with due machining of the face for which a total bill of Rs 6000/- plus was settled and eventhough traces of oil was found in the coolant container and in another week's time after driving for another ~100 kms a new problem occured i.e Engine temp started going high and after bringing back into the notice of the new problem; now the version flagged by SPECTRA, Ghatkopar branch is of the opinion that the Engine head is leaking hence the same has to be replaced which may cost me another Rs 20, 000/-
Hence I seek justice, with the defficeincy in the workmanship provided with respect to the car being more in the Service Centre lately than on the ROAD.
Pls guide us to the possible outcome out of this.
