Dear sir,

I am the ownor of Maruti-Zen KL9Q 9393, registered in Palakkad District and went for an accident repair and full service maintenance at Pattambi, Indus Motors in consultation with the responsibles at the said offices. Here is my full complaint to be registered with you and waiting for a final reply and compensation : -

1) Given my motor car for repair on 12th October and expected to be delivered on 16th October at 3. pm.

2) Continus calls from the office for the delay in delivery on account of the non-receipt of required paint for the repair and complelled me to wait till 7 pm at their office

3) confirmed me of the completion of the same at 6 and handdeliver to me at 7 pm unclean and I couldnt see the full thing while taking the vehicle because of the power failure and the immediate handover

As mentioned above the responsibles had given the vehicle with full dirty and when I check the petrol, During the return trip, I got stuck in between and noticed that the fuel gage was empty and I took another car to take petrol from the pump. I would like to state that I give the vehicle by morethan half-tang petrol to the centre and they have completely stolen the petrol and keeping me in problem and trouble.

When I was checking in the day-light I could notice that the overall serveral was below the minimum standard, starting getting problem in A/C, water dripping inside the car to the leftside-dash board.

Overall, the service and maintenance was very poor and full of dust and the come they have commited to me for the rubbing and all has not been done and I wonder how come an office like Indus run with people like this, especially the area were most of the Maruti-ownors go and take service with them.

Evenafter the service and maintenance after paying INR 7000, I went for further service to get my vehicle to get ready for my next journey. Now I have noticed that, Indus in Pattambi is the most fraudulent office in Palakkad district by cheating the customers and taking their belongings without their knowledge and uderstanding. So I request you to take action against the people who are responsible and need compensation for my time waste and money for the same. I would even look for a legal complaint if there is a delay for taking action for your end.

NB: I forgot to take the pictures of the vehicle since I went for an immediate water server in the very next duty bcoz of the dirty and smell coming inside. Even you could see the part of paints lying inside the car seat after the service (visible at any time)
