i would like inform you to day morning at 8.06 a.m i was call to kerala airtel customer care asking about little doubt in airtel recharges, one representitive answer my call and talking nonsence with me, again i was call to cusomer care 161 dialed then one person ask with me what u do i am not giving answer for u what u do do it, He abused me in filthy language and threatened don’t call here, i request with you Disciplinary actions shall be taken against the concerned representitive.
