Pf pension not received from last one yea

Dear sir,

My name is Jitendar Sharma, worked in Max Hospital, N.Delhi, my P.F (pension). No. 11332 / 13410, since one year i didn't get money. One cheque was issued to bank for (my) A/C No.3003705200-1. Cheque No. 950502 Date:24/04, Rs.8339/-but i did not received till now, so please do the need full i will be thankfull to you.
